Registration

The conference fee includes 4-nights accommodation, 4x breakfast, 3x lunch and 3x dinner (starting with the dinner on Tuesday evening and ending with the breakfast on Saturday morning), the 4-Course-Conference Dinner, coffee breaks (Wednesday to Friday morning and afternoon) , mineral water during conference times, the Book of Abstracts as well as access to the hotel spa and the Sports/ Wellness Center Ovavera.

The fees are:

  • senior: EUR 900,- (individual room)
  • senior: EUR 1'000,- (double room for single use)
  • junior: EUR 600,- (shared room)

Please note that the number of participants is limited to about 120 due to the capacity of the lecture hall available. Registrations will be handled on a first come first serve basis, thus please register at your earliest convenienceSingle-room-registrations may be changed to double-room registrations by the organizers, if there are not enough single-rooms available anymore.

A registration link will be setup on this page from November 1st 2021.

 

Payment

Payment of the conference fee is to be made by bank transfer only. Registration without receipt of payment until 28th February 2022 will be automatically cancelled.
After your registration you will receive an invoice mentioning the respective bank details. Please make sure that the account holder/ beneficiary is named “Empa, Ueberlandstrasse 129, 8600 Duebendorf, Switzerland” and not “EWEG2D'21” and mention "5211.91205.106 + name of participant" as payment reference.

 

Cancellation Policy

In case you already registered and paid for the conference but you cannot take part for any reason, the following rules for refunding of the conference fee apply:

  • until 28.02.2022: 100% refund
  • 01.03. - 15.03.2022: 80% refund
  • from 16.03.2022: no refund
